We just finished a brand new site for Fukumoto Fitness, a Winnipeg-based company specializing in group boot camps, fitness consultation, and wellness workshops.

We had a lot of fun with the design. Our goals were to:

• Give the overall site a warm, inviting feel
• Make it “gender neutral” – Fukumoto Fitness has a fairly even male/female balance to their clientele, so we didn’t want it to be overly feminine or overly masculine
• Give it a fun, retro feel, which is an appealing style to many people in their demographic
• Make it easy to navigate – we trimmed down the main navigation to just six buttons, and then added the appropriate sub-topics to a horizontal pop-up menu
